Www.abventure.com uses Tracking Tools to enable simple interactions and activate features that allow Users to access certain resources of the Service and simplify communication with the Controller.
User Database Management
These types of services allow the Data Controller to build user profiles starting from an email address, name or any other information the User provides to abventure.it, as well as to track the User’s activities through statistical features. This Personal Data may also be cross-referenced with publicly available information about the User (such as social network profiles) and used to build private profiles that the Data Controller may view and use to improve abventure.it.
Some of these services may also allow the scheduled sending of messages to the User, such as emails based on specific actions taken on abventure.it.
SendinBlue Marketing Automation (SendinBlue SAS)
SendinBlue is a User database management service provided by SendinBlue SAS.

Heat mapping services are used to identify the areas of abventure.it with which Users interact most frequently, in order to detect which of them attract the most interest. These services make it possible to monitor and analyse traffic data and serve to keep track of User behaviour.
Some of these services may record sessions and make them available for later viewing.

Hotjar is a heat mapping and session recording service provided by Hotjar Ltd.
Hotjar respects generic ‘Do Not Track’ headers. This means that the browser can instruct the script not to collect any user data. This is a setting that is available in all major browsers. More information on opting out of Hotjar is available here.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”). Google uses the Personal Data collected in order to track and examine the use of abventure.it, compile reports and share them with other services developed by Google.
Google may use Personal Data to contextualise and personalise ads in its advertising network.

Google may use Personal Data to contextualise and personalise ads in its advertising network.

These services may also collect data on the date and time the User views the messages, as well as the User’s interaction with them, such as information on clicks on links in the messages.

Advertisement
This type of service allows the User’s Data to be used for commercial communication purposes. These communications are displayed on abventure.it in the form of banners and other forms of advertising, also related to the User’s interests.
This does not mean that all Personal Data is used for this purpose. Data and conditions of use are set out below.
Some of the services mentioned below may use Tracking Tools to identify the User or use the technique of behavioral retargeting, i.e. displaying advertisements tailored to the User’s interests and behaviour, also detected outside abventure.it. For more information on this, we suggest that you check the privacy policies of the respective services.
Generally, services of this type offer the possibility to disable such tracking. Remarketing and behavioural targeting
This type of service allows abventure.it and its partners to communicate, optimise and serve advertisements based on the User’s past use of abventure.it.
This activity is facilitated by tracking Usage Data and using Tracking Tools to collect information that is then transferred to partners that handle remarketing and behavioral targeting activities.
Some services offer a remarketing option based on email address lists.
Generally, services of this type offer the possibility to disable such tracking. Remarketing with Google Analytics is a remarketing and behavioral targeting service provided by Google LLC or Google Ireland Limited, depending on how the Data Controller manages the processing of the Data, which links the tracking activity performed by Google Analytics and its Tracking Tools with the Google Ads advertising network and the Doubleclick cookie.

How to manage preferences and give or revoke consent
There are several ways to manage preferences for Tracking Tools and to give or withdraw consent where necessary:
Users can manage their preferences for Tracking Tools directly through their device settings – for example, they can prevent the use or storage of Tracking Tools.
In addition, whenever the use of Tracking Tools is dependent on consent, the User may give or revoke such consent by setting his or her preferences within the cookie policy or by updating such preferences via the tracking settings widget, if any.
It is also possible to remove previously saved Tracking Tools by means of special browser or device functions.
Other Tracking Tools in the local browser memory can be removed by deleting the browsing history.
With regard to Third Party Tracking Tools, Users may manage their preferences and revoke their consent by visiting the relevant opt-out link (if available), using the tools described in the third party’s privacy policy or by contacting the third party directly.

The Digital Advertising Alliance also provides an application called AppChoices that helps users control behavioural advertising on mobile applications.
Consequences of withholding consent
Users are free to decide whether or not to give consent. However, please note that the Tracking Tools allow www.abventure to provide a better experience and enhanced functionalities to Users (in line with the purposes outlined in this document). Therefore, without the User’s consent, the Data Controller may not be able to provide the related functionalities.

Data Controller (or Owner)
