Clients are asked to adhere to the times indicated at the time of booking and the guide’s directions during the excursion. In case of a delay of more than a quarter of an hour and the client’s failure to show up at the meeting place, the guide is allowed to leave without further notice. Punctuality is recommended for customers. If the delay is more than a quarter of an hour, the guide is allowed to leave and Abventure is not liable for reimbursement of the tour fee or any grievance from the user.
